We are looking for a high performing Restaurant General Manager to ensure that all customer expectations are met by maintaining high service levels. You will be responsible for managing the front of house framework to deliver a clear point of difference within the Christchurch market. The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company employees is essential.
To be successful in this role you will have previous leadership or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry. Your professional approach, can do attitude and ability to lead, coach, develop and motivate staff to achieve will help you secure this excellent role.
