BUZZ has an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager or someone with exceptional experience in Rooms Division to make a BUZZ and take this hotel to the next level. We are looking for a “super talented” operator who can work to goals and has the drive and self determination.
The hotel offers the quiet of the countryside with the convenience of an excellent shopping precinct within walking distance. If you are looking for a dynamic organisation at the commencement of its growth phase, can demonstrate that you can add value and have the necessary vision then this could be an early Christmas pressy!
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will have a positive and flexible personality combined with your excellent business acumen and sharp operating skills. You will be hungry to source new business, market the premises and assist the CEO with budgets and the bench mark operating cost. With a partial refurbishment planned for January 2010, we are looking for someone to come in the New Year; refreshed and ready for business.
