In a waterside location, with sweeping views of the horizon, this retreat offers relaxation within a contemporary yet understated setting. We are looking for a chef to fly solo and take control of this unique opportunity.

Creating culinary dreams & a lasting dinning experience for a small number of inhouse guest is you primary goal. You will be using some of the freshest seasonal produce available from land and sea. With a focus on “living off the land” herbs, veges, salad and tomatoes will all be grown onsite whenever possible and it will be the Chefs responsibility to make it happen.

This kitchen is an open environment and you will be show chasing you culinary creations to the guests, so immaculate presentation and articulate communication will be paramount.  minimum 5 years experience cooking quality food in an unsurprised environment.
