Head Chef - Mid Canterbury
You will have a minimum of 3 years trade experience as an Head Chef, a great attitude and team focus. Career progression within the group is realistic for the committed. If you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty, can handle a busy and demanding service and willing to test the boundaries then get your creative juices flowing.
Sous Chef - Marlborough
This award winning venue has already made a BUZZ in Marlborough & now seeks a Sous Chef to assist in the kitchen. You will be a strong communicator who can drive and motivate a large brigade of chefs & apprentices in the kitchen. Minimum 6 month contract
Cafe Sous Chef/2IC - Christchurch
With a captive audience and motivated owners, this cafe has just opened the doors in the northern suburbs. We are looking for a Sous/2IC to assist the Head Chef. Initially 4 days per week with a mixture of shifts. Someone interested in teaching people cooking classes would be of interest to the owners.
Jnr Sous Chef - Christchurch
Experienced Snr Chef de Partie ready to take the next step or an experienced Jnr Sous Chef. You will be a strong communicator who can drive and motivate a small team of qualified Chefs. A passion for food, a “quality” focus and the will to learn and grow in this young but fun environment.
CDP - Christchurch
City restaurant looking for an experience CDP with a proven history of working in a formal kitchen environment. The Head Chef expects alot from his team but will teach you some awesome things he has picked up over his culinary career.
Cafe Chef - Christchurch
2-3 shifts per week to cover the Head Chefs days off - most probably Sunday & Monday. Must have experience in short order cooking & baking. Flexibility is the key here.
Temp Chefs (2) - Ashburton
Sous Chef & CDP - 2 week assignment in Ashburton. Must have recent a la carte dining experience. Could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate. Accommodation provided free of charge. $16-19 p/h
