A new Executive Chef is already making a BUZZ in the kitchen and is looking for a Senior Sous Chef to assist in the delivery of her creations. This is more than just another chefs position and has variety to keep you stimulated.
We are looking for someone who knows how to efficiently do up to 250 in functions…but also might enjoy helping build the culinary tourism part of the business…being cooking classes, private dinners, catering and of course can relieve a la carte dining. Personality, passion & presence is the key.
Only chefs who are dynamic, friendly, with a love of food and flavours need apply. You will have a minimum of 5 yrs trade experience, a great attitude and team focus. A solid employment history including commitment to your previous employers is essential.
